Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the transport causes any issues, it is your responsibility.

Costs Of Returning

We charge €6.50 for returning an item (NL). We will only cover the postage costs if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty.

Damages and issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene reasons do we NOT accept returns on the Sports Hijabs.
